Photo documentation is the heart of every Clear View project. The photos below are real job-site photography — tear-offs, deck inspections, and finished installs. We're still building out matched before/after pairs as current jobs close out; until then, each photo is captioned for exactly what it shows.

Roofing Aerial view of a completed asphalt shingle roof showing two adjoining roof planes meeting at a hip, with a small gable dormer, photographed in afternoon light.

Complete Tear-Off & Reroof

Full tear-off down to the deck, new underlayment, and a fresh architectural shingle install — photographed on completion.

Mid-Project: Slope-by-Slope Reroof

One slope freshly shingled while the adjoining slope waits its turn — the kind of in-progress shot that ends up in every job file.

Fascia & Trim Detail

Roofline, gutter, and siding trim meeting cleanly at the eave — the detail work that gets missed when it's rushed.

Protecting the Property During Tear-Off

Landscaping, siding, and walkways tarped off before the first shingle comes up — standard on every tear-off, not an upsell.

Synthetic Underlayment Install

Underlayment rolled and fastened over the deck before a single shingle goes down — the layer that does the real waterproofing work.

Roofing Close-up of a finished shingle roof and ridge line, with a spare shingle piece resting on the surface and dappled tree shade across the slope.

Ridge Cap Installation

Ridge cap shingles set and nailed along the ridge line, finishing the cap detail before the crew moves to the next slope.
