- Your insurance carrier and adjuster, only when you authorize it as part of a claim review.
- Service providers who help us run the business (email, scheduling, CRM) under confidentiality.
- Law enforcement if compelled by valid legal process.

05Retention
We retain inspection records and project documentation for at least 7 years to support warranty obligations and potential insurance disputes. Marketing contact information is retained until you ask us to remove it.
06Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion at any time by emailing info@clearviewrestores.com. We respond within 30 days. Ohio residents and residents of other states with privacy laws have specific rights under those laws; we honor them.
07Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
